BUSINESS
We are available to draft and negotiate operating agreements, structure new business ventures, engage in partnership mediations, dissolutions, and buy-outs, and support on various other contractual business matters.
TAX
We advise our clients on the tax implications of transactions they may be party to, in addition to structuring transactions in a tax-efficient manner. We also have a unique expertise in tax resolution at the Federal and State levels. This includes offers in compromise, resolution of past-due federal and state tax balances, including payroll, sales, or other taxes.
TRANSACTIONS
We represent buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, in addition to representing both buyers and sellers of businesses and liquor licenses. We also represent tenants and landlords of commercial space with respect to leasing arrangements.
ESTATE PLANNING
We draft wills, powers of attorney, and trust agreements for our clients. These documents are frequently drafted as part of a larger estate plan. We also practice in elderlaw, with a focus on Asset Protection.

The Firm was formed in 2017 with the intention of providing effective, high-value legal services to individuals and small to mid-size businesses in New Jersey. Our practice is focused on business law, transactions, taxation, and estate planning matters. We strive to deliver high-quality service focused on results for our clients. RYAN S. CURRAN
Principal
Ryan is a graduate of Rutgers Business School and Rutgers Law School with a strong business background. In addition to being licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Ryan is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and New York. Because of these dual credentials and past experience in business, Ryan brings an in-depth and effective perspective to individual and business matters. He prides himself on finding solutions to complicated matters that his clients seek his counsel on.
